We don't have a design. Can you help?
Yes. Gobik's designers can start from a logo, a colour or a rough sketch and build the full kit with you, with revisions until you approve.
What's the minimum order?
5 units per garment and design. Mix sizes and men's/women's cuts within that.
How long does it take?
About 40 days of production after you confirm the design and order, plus about a week's freight to Australia — roughly 7 weeks door to door.
How do we get sizes right?
Borrow a sizing kit before you order so riders can try each garment and fit.
Can new members order later?
Yes — reorders start at 5 units per garment, at your original price for 12 months, with no design cost.
Do you do kit for charity rides?
Yes. Registered charity rides get discounted jersey pricing, and riders can order and pay individually through your own event store. Tell us about your ride and date.
Can we return kit?
Custom kit is made to order, so change-of-mind returns aren't possible. Manufacturing faults are repaired or remade after a quality check.
